Jeremiah Barthold

Lead Weapons, Tactics Instructor, & Owner

Jeremiah Barthold is a seasoned firearms instructor with over 20 years of experience. His extensive experience includes working with local communities in Indiana to enhance shooting proficiency and safety. He has trained thousands of individuals, from beginners to advanced shooters, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to handle firearms responsibly.

Motivated by the events of September 11, 2001, Jerimiah enlisted in the U.S. Army as an 11B Infantryman. After multiple tours into Iraq, Afghanistan and a few other locations as a Private Military Contractor, he went back into the Army and served as a Drill Sergeant at Fort Benning, GA. He focused on training civilians into soldiers through rigorous training in shooting proficiency, medical, land navigation, and overall survival in a combat theatre.

Ken Wagner

Chief Medical Director

Ken Wagner, a seasoned firearms instructor, has been with Panther Ridge for over a decade. Ken has also contributed to the development of our shooting range in southern Indiana, ensuring it meets the highest safety standards. His extensive background in law enforcement and military training makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Ken's dedication to providing top-notch training and his commitment to safety have earned him a stellar reputation among our clients.

Ken joined the U.S. Army in 1983 as a Medic and after his service in the military, he worked for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department for 7 years. In 1994, Ken went back into Healthcare and is still a licensed Paramedic. Ken is also a registered nurse, an AHA instructor, and works the emergency department at Greene County General Hospital. Ken is our lead medical instructor at Panther Ridge.
