User Accounts

When creating an account on Panther Ridge Training, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these terms.

Purchases and Payments

By making a purchase for online courses, in-person training, or range time on Panther Ridge Training, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and fees. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed on our site. All sales are subject to availability.

Range Rules and Policies

By entering or using our firearm range facilities, you agree to follow all posted range rules and policies, as well as any instructions provided by Panther Ridge Training staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential suspension of access to services. These rules are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants and include, but are not limited to:

Adhering to firearm safety protocols at all times.
Following range officer instructions without delay or argument.
Wearing appropriate safety gear, including hearing and eye protection.
Abstaining from the use of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that may impair judgment while on the premises.

Shipping and Delivery

For purchases of training materials or merchandise, we strive to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of the items. Panther Ridge Training is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds for training courses, merchandise, or range time will be handled in accordance with our refund policy:

Online courses: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
In-person courses: Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the course start time.
Range time: Refunds are not available for no-shows but may be rescheduled if 24-hour notice is provided.
Merchandise: Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on Panther Ridge Training, including course materials, text, images, logos, and other materials, is the property of Panther Ridge Training or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
